Returns & Shipping Policy

We at Bare Essentials are proud of the quality products that we carry and seldom do we run into a problem with an item; however, even the best manufacturer can occasionally produce "a lemon". With this in mind, we extend to you a 100% guarantee against manufacturer’s defects and will repair or replace any product if it is defective at time of purchase.

Should your purchase not meet your expectations when it arrive, we will promptly arrange for an exchange, refund or credit note for the full purchase price. To qualify for this guarantee, items must be returned within 30 days from the time of the purchase. Garments must not be worn, washed or damaged and manufacturer's tags and labels must not be removed. Panties and silicone enchancers as well as any articles that have been worn cannot be resold and are therefore exempt from this exchange or refund policy. (This way we can assure you that the article that you are purchasing has not already been worn by someone else!)

Unless we have made an error in processing or shipping your order, shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the error in processing your order was ours (i.e. not the colour or size ordered).

When returning items, please be sure to include your full name, copy of your invoice, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement. You should consider insuring goods you are returning as you are responsible for all returns until we receive them, including any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. We will promptly process the return and communicate the status of any refund or exchange by e-mail.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $100. Otherwise within Canada $12 regular post, or $20 Xpress Post.  US orders $20 parcel post. We do not ship to any other international locations.

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Should the item you order be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly for your instructions (refund, substitution or wait for back order to be filled).
